Burrito Masala is a food cart located in downtown Portland, OR that specializes in delicious southern Indian (Kerala) and Mexican foods… stuffed in a flour tortilla!

We’re run by a husband and wife team (James Beard awardwinning chefs Prasad Varma and Ramona VarmaHernandez). We currently have only one location in Downtown Portland.

We use the assembly mode to allow customers to assemble their own meals but with a twist!

Diners can also opt to go gluten free with our bowl options.

Also, our burritos are HUGE! It is possible that you may not be able to finish one of our burritos in one sitting.
